The painting tells a story…always from the artist’s perspective. As a spectator, we enjoy their vision although it might not have the same meaning. I challenge you to stand in front of your favorite work of art and try to visualize the life of the story. Each brushstroke is created for a specific reason. Each element is placed for a specific reason. As the patron, we collect for a specific reason. Think about all of the interpretations of a single work of art.
